Where are you located and what are your hours?

We're in Ahmedabad (full address on the Contact page). We're open daily, generally 11 AM to 11 PM, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Check the Contact page for the exact, up-to-date timings.

Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?

Both work. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but weekend slots fill fast — booking ahead guarantees your station and start time. You can book online in under a minute.

Can I book the whole place for a birthday or party?

Yes! We offer full-lounge bookings for birthdays, friend groups, and private gaming nights. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and group size and we'll sort it out.

How does pricing work?

You pay per station, per hour. Multiple players on the same console split a discounted rate, so squads pay less per person. Every charge is listed on our Pricing page — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.

What payment methods do you accept?

Vault Credits, UPI, and cash at the counter. You can also pay online when you book.

What are Vault Credits?

Vault Credits are your prepaid gaming wallet — 1 credit equals ₹1 of play value. Top up once and use them across visits for sessions and tournament entries. Bigger top-ups earn bonus credits.

Do Vault Credits expire?

Directly purchased credits are valid for 45 days. Credits from a monthly plan expire at the end of that plan month. We always show the expiry before you pay.

How do tournaments work?

We run VaultPlay Arena tournaments for FC, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Cricket and more. Each has a clear entry fee, format, and prize (usually Vault Credits). Register online or at the desk — full rules are on each tournament page.
