Booking & cancellation policy
The fine print, in plain words. If anything here isn't clear, ask us — we'd rather over-explain than surprise you.
Booking & arrival
- Arrive 5 minutes before your slot so your session starts on time.
- 10-minute grace period for late arrival; beyond that the slot may be released.
- Walk-ins welcome, subject to availability.
Cancellation & reschedule
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot.
- Reschedule once for free if slots are available.
- No-shows may forfeit the session or credits used.
Credit expiry
- Directly purchased Vault Credits are valid for 45 days.
- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the plan month.
- Expiry is always shown before you pay.
Overrun & extras
- Overruns are billed in 15-minute blocks at the standard rate, if the station is free.
- Food & drinks are charged separately — see the in-store menu.
- Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
