How same-console multiplayer works

More friends on one console means a lower price per person. It's the cheapest way to play together — and it keeps our stations busy, which keeps prices fair for everyone.

Example: 4 friends on one PS5 for an hour is ₹299 total — just ₹75 each.

The fine print, in plain words

Booking & policies

No awkward surprises. Here's exactly how bookings, cancellations, credits and overruns work.

Booking & arrival

  • Arrive 5 minutes before your slot so your session starts on time.
  • 10-minute grace period for late arrival; beyond that the slot may be released.
  • Walk-ins welcome, subject to availability.

Cancellation & reschedule

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot.
  • Reschedule once for free if slots are available.
  • No-shows may forfeit the session or credits used.

Credit expiry

  • Directly purchased Vault Credits are valid for 45 days.
  • Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the plan month.
  • Expiry is always shown before you pay.

Overrun & extras

  • Overruns are billed in 15-minute blocks at the standard rate, if the station is free.
  • Food & drinks are charged separately — see the in-store menu.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
